In 1947, Teresa Carlucci emigrated from Bari, Italy to New York City. In 1965, Tom Terrific opened Tom's Luncheonette in Chelsea, NYC - their first entry into the American culinary world. For decades, they served flavor-packed dishes with whole ingredients to hungry mouths from across the world.
That mission lives in every dish Tommy - a 30-year chef - serves today from the Big Blue Truck in Columbia County, New York.
