FAQ

The questions we get most

How far will you travel?

We travel across the Hudson Valley. Base coverage is Columbia County and the surrounding towns. Anywhere further, we're happy to talk. Travel beyond 25 miles from Chatham gets a small fuel add-on.

What does it cost?

Pricing depends on headcount, menu selection, and travel. Most private events land between $35 and $50 per guest with a truck minimum. We'll send a clear quote after your inquiry. No surprises, no service fees.

Can you accommodate vegan and allergen needs?

Yes. Every menu we build has a vegan option. We accommodate gluten-free, nut-free, and other allergen needs by request. Just tell us in advance.

How far in advance should we book?

The earlier the better. Summer Saturdays book up fastest. We can sometimes fit a last-minute event if the calendar allows, but we recommend at least four to six weeks of lead time.

What if it rains?

The truck cooks in any weather. Your guests will need cover, though. If your venue does not have an indoor or tented space, we'll help you think through backup options.

Do you serve alcohol?

Not directly. We can partner with a local bar service or your venue's bar. Ask us and we'll point you to people we trust.
